Group 2 are my wonderful Year 2 and 3 group. Today we looked at fractions, from 1 whole to tenths. Its important when learning fractions that we understand that its not only shapes that can be divided into fractions but also sets.
When I first looked at the photo I thought you were all grabbing for a pizza, I didn't have my glasses on. Now I have them on and I thought if you were having a pizza and you had learnt about fractions then you would be able to divide it so that you all had an equal share. Hmm I'm on my way home now and may pick up a pizza for tea, If my daughters didn't know about fractions I would be able to have the biggest piece. They do so it will be an equal piece each.
